THICC FIT is a sisterhood that celebrates women of all shapes, sizes, fitness levels, and ages. Thicc Fit was founded by a small-town woman named Ashley Sleeper who was working on her own fitness journey. In doing so, Ashley gained knowledge and experience in fitness and a new level of confidence. The phrase, "We all start somewhere," began having a new meaning. Ashley wanted to share her knowledge and confidence onto others. 

 Our mission is to inspire and enrich women's lives and experiences. We believe there is no "right" way to have a body. Strength comes in all shapes, sizes, ages, races, and ability levels. No matter where you are in your health and fitness journey, we want you to achieve your goals, to feel relaxed, sexy and happy while you're here with us and wearing our apparel.
